We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Arcadian Chocolates is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping detail. Incorrect information may result in delays or undelivered packaged, for which we are not liable.

Perishable items are shipped with appropriate packaging, but we cannot be held responsible for heat damage or other issues once shipped. 

We do not accept liability in the event that your delivery is stolen or damaged whilst on your doorstep.
