Refund policy

 CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns, and cancellations are only accepted within one hour of placing your order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Click and Collect orders unless the product is incorrect or damaged at the time of collection.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately upon collection (or within 48 hours for shipped orders), providing photographic evidence where necessary.

Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
